Who we are

Delish Diner provides premium Nigerian catering and structured meal plans for offices, events, and private celebrations. Orders may be placed through this website or with our concierge team.

Orders and confirmation

A catering or membership order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when payment is confirmed or when we send a written confirmation, whichever comes first.

• Menu availability, tray sizes, and guest coverage estimates are guides, not guarantees of exact portions.
• You are responsible for providing accurate guest counts, delivery details, dietary notes, and contact information.
• We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, and we will refund any amount already paid for that cancelled order.

Pricing, fees, and payment

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and may include delivery, concierge, or tax-related fees disclosed at checkout. Promotional codes apply only as stated and may be withdrawn if misused.

Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout, including card payments and approved bank transfer. Orders paid by transfer are confirmed after we verify receipt.

Delivery and event timing

We currently deliver in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Delivery windows depend on your scheduled date, location, and kitchen capacity.

• Please allow access for delivery at the address and time you provide.
• Delays caused by incomplete addresses, restricted access, or events outside our control may shift the arrival window.
• Risk in the food passes to you on delivery to the address you specified.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Because catering is prepared to order, changes close to the event may not be possible. Contact concierge support as soon as you need to adjust an order.

Refunds, if available, are processed to the original payment method after we confirm the cancellation. Perishable goods that have already been prepared or dispatched are generally not refundable.

Allergens and dietary needs

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and spices. Tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions when you order. We take care, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts or orders that violate these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Nigerian law, Delish Diner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or event disruption, arising from delays, third-party payment providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any consumer rights you may have.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
